Why We Love It?
Benefits
- It's Natural
The main ingredient in Sculptra is poly-L-lactic acid, a synthetic material that is gradually and naturally absorbed by the body and helps stimulate natural collagen production.
- Hydro-Boost
Sculptra contains sodium carboxymethylcellulose, which acts as a hydrating agent, drawing moisture into the skin.
- Born This Way
Sculptra has a soft and pliable texture, making it easier to achieve natural-looking results.
- Easy-Peasy
The Sculptra procedure is safe, minimally invasive, and requires only a short recovery time.
Treatable Areas
- Mid Face
Lift and contour cheeks, fill tear troughs, and restore mid-face volume loss.
- Lower Face
Sculpt the jawline, define the chin, and minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Correct shallow to deep nasolabial fold contour deficiencies

Sculptra works gradually by stimulating your own collagen production. Results are typically visible around 4-6 weeks after the first treatment session, with optimal results seen after a series of 2-3 treatment sessions spaced about 4-6 weeks apart.
The results from Sculptra can last up to 2 years, as the stimulated collagen production continues over time. Touch-up treatments may be needed to maintain desired results.
There is minimal to no downtime required after Sculptra treatments. You may experience some swelling, redness, and bruising for the first week which can be covered with makeup.
Sculptra is commonly used to add volume and lift to the mid-face area like the cheeks, temples, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and chin.
Avoid blood thinners like aspirin, NSAIDs, alcohol, and certain supplements for 1 week before treatment to minimize bruising risk. Reschedule if you have an active cold sore, infection or illness.
Massage the treated areas 5 times daily for 5 minutes over 5 days. Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours and extended sun exposure until swelling subsides. Apply cold compresses and take acetaminophen as needed for discomfort.
Common side effects include swelling, redness, bruising, tenderness at injection sites which typically resolve within 1-2 weeks. Rare but serious side effects like nodules, granulomas or allergic reactions can occur.
